Hardee's Hash Brown Harassment Violates Civil Rights?

A fifty eight year old man claims that Hardee’s subjected him to racism by not providing him the adequate amount of food for his order. He is now suing the franchise. He disputes that his civil rights were violated. I’ll tell you exactly what I think happened.
