I will include legislation link at the end of this update for a reference start point. BANAMAN's reasoning for being at the railway station was for lawful purpose and as controversial as this may be to some, it is not to others! Therefore, loitering allegations are allegations BANAMAN would have been happy for a judge to consider. Also, BANAMAN was asked to leave an area deemed a walkway to the Sheffield tram stop at the other side of the railway.

Police officer quoted bylaw 13 regarding station manageress request to leave. BANAMAN chose to leave in order to deescalate the situation.

Bylawys should only be used for legitimate lawful reasons. It would be reasonable to assume, that the railway station has a walkway as defined in legislation; The Highways Act 1980 - section( 31)

The section of walkway were the interaction took place, was deemed part of the walkway over to the Sheffield tram stop for Sheffield trams, BANAMAN was not loitering as defined in legislation and evidence is shown in the video.

Trespass at this location was also not taking place at the point were the interaction between station manageress, and what appeared to be a grumpy BT Police officer with a beard he may or may not smoke as the question was not answered!

Is this a matter for a judge to consider when the deemed walkway had a direction to the left and a straight on as you leave the railway station over the walkway from the Sheffield tram stop?

For quick reference with the question, the Sheffield tram stop was over the other side of the railway!

31.-(1) Where a way over any land, other than a way of such a character that use of it by the public could not give rise at common law to any presumption of dedication, has been actually enjoyed by the public as of right and without interruption for a full period of 20 years, the way is to be deemed to have been dedicated as a highway unless there is sufficient evidence that there was no intention during that period to dedicate it.

When the station manageress puts in a privacy complaint because she reflected on her own actions in the video, it's good to know indirectly that she has recognised she has no confidence to put her hand to the conduct. I would say face, but it was the hand in this case. There is no expectation of privacy in a public space whether on private property or not, This was a public area for people to venture and see people as they pass and go. The only problem appears to be the lack of professionalism in the way this challenging situation was dealt with. The statement of not being bothered, should never be used on a professional level and as clearly now identified, bothered is what should have been at the time!

"If only YouTube would have allowed the unedited version, it's an education that will open your eyes"

Controversial for YouTube, but not a reason to stop its viewing.

This video shows the World Health Organisation Director General in new light. Why did he say the word "kill" if it was all coming from the heart! There was no script to read, and the transcript from the video recording had left out the word; Kill...!

Since when do people leave out words of relevance in a transcript, and then try and make excuses for what appears to be a known fact based on their previous interactions prior to December 2021...!

Some would say that he knows that vaccines have been used the way he said it in his explanation and that it must have been based on his past if not the forth coming future at the time as well.

This is easily concluded by the choice of words spoken at the time they was stated, and he may have realised that all he was doing was speaking the truth without even realising it!

This usually happens when you are fully aware that vaccines have been used in the past, by the way he said it, and he appeared to already knows it!

Leading on from this raises just a few basic questions;

Who in their right mind produces vaccines to kill babies?

Why did they produce vaccines to kill babies?

What does the Director General of the World Health Organisation know that most of the world don't know?

As seen in the previous video titled; TESCO SUPERMARKET GIANTS ARE ASHAMED OF THIS VIDEO!, This all started over a legal tender payment for petrol during the fuel price hike which highlights an insight in to supermarket greed and the severe lack for professional customer service and representation.

TESCO do accept £20 commemorative coins for fuel payments unless the customer is informed prior to drawing the fuel from the fuel pump. If there was a sign stating they don't accept £50 notes or £20 coins for example, then TESCO do not have a leg to stand on and would more than likely loose any civil action in the case of the video titled; TESCO SUPERMARKET GIANTS ARE ASHAMED OF THIS VIDEO!

TESCO influenced YouTube to take action and now this video is back... NOW unblurred due to TESCO & YouTube not allowing a blurred version of this video.

#tesco complaints are now OFFICIAL regarding the £20 Fuel Payment that was allegedly refused as claimed by a TESCO store manager in Sheffield as shown in this video. Unfortunately for TESCO, they're Sheffield manager could not see the error of his ways!

This prompted a revisit back to the Sheffield store to find out more information which is available via a link to be added soon...

Some may call it an Audit, I would call it a professional sham caught on camera!

Security in Meadowhall are used to getting hands on with people! The day was an unusual day that appeared to get a little bit out of hand over something of nothing while Meadowhall security doing what they seem to do best, while at the same time, failing to display their SIA Licences while working with members of the public, tantamount clearly in breach of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, Sct 9 (1)(c) complimented by the Private Security Industry Act 2001, Sct 9 (4)

This is a public space on private property, the police should not have been the first point of interaction unless it was an unlawful matter due to this being private property with public space and access for the public in a civil manner. It is the job for security to deal with trespassing, not the police. Unfortunately, security acted a little bit too hastily at the beginning and I do believe if the SIA Operatives would have been the first interaction, then the police would not have been left open to being deemed acting with a lack of impartiality while at the same time getting in deeper water than they first thought they could swim in!

Breach of the peace and public order offences only appeared to become stated, when the police could not deal with the initial civil matter that first presented itself. Duly noted, this was a civil matter even when the security eventually arrived second on scene. The police could have remained impartial and observed watching both security and members of the public for any unlawful activity, but instead appeared to add to a problem that did not appear to exist before the police arrived on scene...

My observation of the first interaction left me wondering why the police grabbed one arm while the security grabbed the other from behind when there was enough security to deal with the trespassing as it unfolded without the need for police interaction at this stage as it was also deemed a civil matter at this point. Therefore, police acted out the role of the security instead of leaving it to the other security operatives to assist their colleagues.

It was identified by myself that no law had been broken at this point or the police officer would have arrested instead of escorted off the premises for the civil matter in hand at that point in time.
